Appearance: Brown hair, a trait he gets from his father. His hair is shaped in somewhat of a messy bowl, somewhat similar to Gohan in the namek saga, except for it is not as slik, and because it is in a Bandana. His facial features are most of the time happy, but can become angry when in a critical state in battle, or if a close friend or relative is harmed. He wears a white cloak, with a small black short, and shorrt pants underneath. He has always felt comfortable wearing this for an odd reason. He also wears a purple cape, to match his purple bandana. The bandana, the cape, and his brown shoes, are all weighted. Because of his intense training, like all martial artists, he has a muscular build. He has brown eyes, and a peach fuzz growing in on his upper lip and chin. Also, he has a strange birth mark on his back, and a ear ring on each ear, similar to portara earrings.

Personality:Due, to events happening to him early in life, he can be somewhat of a loner. He also, tends not to trust people. He seeks a friend, that won't critiize him because of his strength. He is, fairly poliete, and nice. He is fairly protective, over allies and will try his best for them not to get hurt. He is always in a mood for a spar, and always seeks to get stronger, because of his saiyan hertiage. He takes lossing extremely well, after each loss he always congratulates his opponent, and only adapts to his powers.

RP Sample:Cepeda was flying around the earth, seeking some type of excitement, in terms of combat. No one on earth could sastify his taste of combat, because they were all too weak. He had needed someone to train him, to make him even more stronger than what he already was. He had learned how to fly, by watching a bunch of fighters in the World Tournament flying, and the superhero, Great Saiyaman, and the Gold Fighter fly also.

He had landed on a small island, because he sensed somewhat of a high power level. When he landed on the ground, he looked around, as he felt the ground below him begin to shake, as he turned around in every direction, but couldn't see anything. He heard some trees rustling to the east of him, as he turned, and the shaking of the ground began to shake even harder.

He turned and saw a giant dinosaur running toward his way. Cepeda smiled, as he got into a stance, and awaited for the dragon to approach. He jumped into the air, and came down with a double fist slam on the dragon's head. He fell to the ground, as Cepeda smiled. He landed behind him, and grabbed him by the tail. He swung him around, as he tossed him into the air. He flew, homing in, as he approached, and kicked hiim even farther into the air. He flew, homing in again, and grabbed it by the tail. It flew downward to the ground, and slammed it, face first causing a crater to appear, as he stood on top of the Dinosaur, waving his hands in victory.

History:Cepeda is the son of a survivor of the Saiyan genocide. His father was only with him for about two years of his life, before Frieza was attempting to make him join him, Nappa, Raditz, and Vegeta. His father refused, trying to live a new life, instead of what he had lead when he was a Saiyan. Frieza didn't believe in that, so he murdered him right in Cepeda's eyes. For an odd reason, he spared Cepeda. Before Frieza could kill Cepeda's father, he sent him on a space ship for Earth.

He crashed down, unlike other Saiyans, he wasn't violent when a child. He was perfectly calm. He was founded by a traveling martial artist, who adopted and trained Cepeda through out all his life. Growing up, his adoptie father was a specialist in turtle style martial arts, and his own custom martial arts, specializing in flips and other flashy moves, made mainly to impress females, but Cepeda wasn't aware, despite his adoptive father being obessed with women.

Cepeda had entered in the World Tournament many times, and each time, preformed well, but the highest he has ever made, was to the semi finals. His dream is to win the Tournament, so his name can be memorized through out the entire world, that way, maybe his real father will hear, and try to look for him.

Right now, Cepeda is on a journey, searching for the dragon balls, to wish for the whereabouts of his parents, and his origins, ever since his adoptive father had told him about his own past. He hasn't quite mastered his adoptive fathers fighting style, and isn't quite peaked yet, so he is going on this journey to also train.
