Before Freezing-Kara is often playful and childish, revealing he destroys things for fun simply from old instructions from his master. though he is playful and silly, his evil side is readily apparent, especially shown when his eyes widen, He finds enjoyment in taking the lives of many and shows no remorse, though this is because he treats everything as a game. In battle he fights in a bullying manner, using his immense size to outflank his opponent.Kara only has to sleep for about one second to get the results humans get from sleep. He was extremely naive, as he was completely ignorant of all others he knew

After Freezing-Kara's personality is very similiar to that of a very young child, in that he retains no form of compassion or remorse for any of his actions. Furthermore, due to his child-like personality and mind-set, he is incapable of developing empathy and comprehending the nature of his actions.
Kara's only reason for existence was to cause absolute destruction. He appears to enjoy testing the limits of his own power as well.l On the rare occasion he ever showed any restraint of his power, it was to make his "game" of destruction last longer instead of producing an instant kill. He is not a sadistic killer seeking to bring pain to his victims, as he seemingly doesn't care, or even know, about pain, nor does he seek to conquer and rule over anything. He merely seeks to have fun the only way he knows how; creating havoc and destruction in the whole universe, His child-like personality is most likely what enables him to deflect the Spirit Bomb, as while he is not good, he couldn't quite pass as evil either and he is thus neither of them, but his heart is still remains pure nevertheless.Though he is highly irrational and insane, Kara does seem to have some reasoning abilities and intelligence.

He was released and learnt of the world around, Then going into hiding. During that time he was being punished, And travelling by sewers. His fear of scientist stopped then though. And re began during the time he becan resealed, it grew again. While frozen he began thinking more 'Evil' Thoughts. The end of those who locked him up was one of them that he hoped more than anything to happen in the passing time of what goes on. Seeing them pass with flying cars. Which have always been there. To freezing him in a block of ice?

Time came and he began to grow more fierce, Throwing balls of energy at walls as they shatterered, Scientist RE discovered him and sealed him for 49.7.0 Years making him exactly 100.1 Years old. And leading for him to never trust humans, Also leading to his crazy personality, He also learnt to speak from genetic testing as they forced IQ inside. And causing him to rampage destroying minor areas, such as rocks, and tents, and peoples homes. Later he was shown techniques. Well small Parts of him. He was separated into two by a scientist the strong half, Was the one taken, And it got lost. This one was found by a teacher on planet earth called the turtle hermit. And in term, Kara eventually on the weak half, Was captured by a scientist, Who learned to channel ki and fly, Shoot ki blast. And control his KI. Now kara had lost all fear of scientist. That can be imagined for him. It Eventually Lead to the futhering of kara' And his interest in killing of humans.
